How do I return an item?

If you don’t like an item, you can ship it back to us within a week for “merchandise credit only”. We cannot refund shipping charges.

Credit will be given only if the merchandise is received in “original condition”. Make sure to insure your package and that it’s well packed.

Please include a copy of your invoice so we know who to give the credit to.

If in the rare case of receiving a broken or crushed tube, call our shipping office immediately at 707.537.9787. Photograph the tube and contents with your cell phone camera and email it to us. We will contact you about a refund.
